Anyone else tried this? The CrossFit gym that I go to encourage Barefoot/VFF workouts, and I must say that your workout feels totally different when you kick off your shoes! Your balance is improved on heavy lifts, your footing feels stronger, and at the end of the WOD your feet can feel the burn also!

I do all of my Crossfit workouts barefoot.  My local affiliate (Crossfit Grand Rapids- http://crossfitgr.com) is incredibly supportive of barefoot running and other activities.  This is one of the reasons I'm an ardent supporter of CF gyms.  Wink
