Hoka One One Mafate First Look… No, This Is Not A Joke…

Barefoot Runner Running Marine Coprs Marathon for Bone Marrow Registry
While in New York participating in the 1st Annual NYC Barefoot Run, I had the opportunity to meet Bob Ewing. Bob was making a short video for his attempt to run the Marine Corp Marathon next weekend. He is doing this for two reasons:
First, he’s raising $5000 through Team in Training for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Second, he’s encouraging people to join the bone marrow registry.

New Website!
I am in the process of integrating this blog and my website (http://barefootrunninguniversity.com). The ultimate goal is to combine both sites at that address. The process will likely take several days, so please be patient.

Seaway 15K Results, Ken Bob Clinic This Afternoon, and Following Western States
