Upcoming Events in Connecticut, New York City, and Boston

Where we’ll be over the next two weeks:

Sunday, October 23rd: Guilford, Connecticut, Bimbler’s Bluff 50k.  Shelly will be running this race, I’ll be cheering her on and snapping pictures.
Tuesday, October 25ht: New York City, Paragon Sports clinic and run.  Events start at 6:30pm at their store (867 Broadway, NY, NY).  Runners will receive a free long sleeve Merrell/Paragon tech tee for participating!

The Barefoot Running Coach Certification Alternative

Upcoming Barefoot Clinics- Shephardstown, WV, Grindstone 100, and Nashville Naked Foot 5k

Just a quick note- here are our immediate plans over the next three weeks:

Merrell BareForm clinics at Shephard Wellness Center in Shepherstown, WV at 1 and 3pm.  Come on out and say hi!  We’re doing this in conjunction with Mark Cucuzzella’s Freedom’s Run this Saturday starting in Harpers Ferry.  The tentative plan is for Shelly and I to also run the Marathon.  We’re staying at the Harpers Ferry KOA RIGHT next to the battlefield.
