Barefoot Running University is currently accepting advertisers for our site. We are selective in regards to the businesses we choose as partners. It is important that our partners are barefoot-friendly, socially and environmentally-friendly, and you offer a superior product or service. It is for this reason we do not utilize ad services such as Google Adwords. We may request to test your product or service prior to accepting advertising.

Our vital stats as of 3/21/2010:

•Average monthly pageloads: 12,600 (estimated at 20,000 for March 2010)
•Average monthly visitors: 5,600 (estimated at 8,000 for March 2010)
•Growth rate: ~80% increase in traffic per month
•Primary markets: Barefoot runners, minimalist shoe runners, ultramarathon runners
•About 60% of our traffic comes from the United States, about 32% comes from the United Kingdom, the remaining 8% comes from the rest of the world.

Our rates are based on the previous month's traffic and determined per 1,000 page impressions:

•160 X 600 right column skyscraper = $12 per 1,000 impressions
•120 X 600 right column skyscraper = $10 per 1,000 impressions
•728 X 90 top of page banner = $10 per 1,000 impressions
•180 X 150 right column badge = $7 per 1,000 impressions

March 2010 traffic is estimated at 20,000 impressions

We are also accepting advertising for The Barefoot Running Book.  This would include your company's logo printed on the back cover and a one-page ad at the front of the book.  Books are printed in quantities of 100, 500, or 1,000.  Prices are as follows:

• 100 book printing run = $500
• 500 book printing run = $2,000
• 1,000 book printing run = $3,000
