A New Diet Book? And It Is 100% Free?!? WTF?

Posted by on Jun 11, 2013 | 5 Comments

Yes, it DOES seem to good to be true! I’ve written a diet book and it’s completely free!

Diets Blow Cover

This is the only weight loss (or weight gain depending on your goals) you’ll ever need. AND IT’S FREE!

For your convenience, I made it available in a variety of formats including:

ePub- For most eReaders

Mobi- For Kindles

PDF- For computers and other assorted devices

Warning: For those of you that are thinking “Great! Now I have something to read on my vacation to the French Riviera!”… calm down. It’s so short, it could be classified as a pamphlet. Unless you’re just learning English, you will probably finish it before you finish that cup of coffee.

Like all the crap I give away, please share with anyone that may be even remotely interested!

Enjoy!

    Jason,

That was a fun read. It totally sums up all the garbage around weight loss to an easy-to-chew (pun intended) plan. It really can be this simple and that is how I live my life when it comes to weight management.

I laugh when people criticize you when you preface your advice. Hmmm, you give it away for free, make it funny, make it easy to understand, explain when you are oversimplyfing, tell both sides, etc.

Your book is just what it says it is. Read it, enjoy it, learn from it, and take from it what you will. You want to get more complicated, then read something else. Seriously, glad you have a thick skin. Keep up the sharing and giving!

Good stuff. You really need to get on one of those faux interview infomercials that air only on Saturday afternoons – the ones where everybody wears suits and looks very smart, but really all they are doing is hocking their snake oil.

Funny. It felt like I was being yelled at by my dad.

I read your book, but sorry, but there is some really BAD advice in your “diet”. The calorie deficiency model is grossly oversimplified and although simple to understand doesn’t work in practice. (eg http://www.nytimes.com/2011/07/19/health/19brody.html?_r=0) Rather go for nutrient density – have a look at http://thriveforward.com/ – A brilliant infomational site with videos etc to understand your body and what you eat.

Umm… eat better foods in moderation and get at some moderate exercise was the gist of both the “book” and the NYT article. I think maybe you should reread both. ;-)

And thriveforward.com? Not a fan of subscription sites out of principle. If they really wanted to help people, they’d give their shit away for free.
