Win a Copy of the New “The Barefoot Running Book”

On August 28th, the newest edition of The Barefoot Running Book (Plume, 2012) will be released!The book has new content including new tips, refined methods, expanded exercise pics, and a host of other changes. This edition also has an index (got lots of requests for that one)!

I’m looking for a good slogan to use for a Facebook status update. If you have a good slogan, share it and you could win a free copy! Here’s how:

Step one: Come up with a clever slogan related to barefoot running.

Step two: Post it on the contest thread on the TBFRB’s Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/barefootrunningbook

Step three: Wait for people to “like” your comment. The comment with the most “likes” by 6:00 pm (EST) on Monday, August 27th will win! Feel free to get your friends to like the slogan. ;-)

I’ll contact the winner for a mailing address shortly after the deadline.

    Don’t you feel like you’re selling out a little by having the cover model show so much leg? I mean, doesn’t using sex to sell barefoot running cheapen it?
