In Other News
I held my first barefoot clinic of the year in conjunction with physical therapist Dr. Scott Hadley at his clinic in Grand Rapids. We expected about 10 attendees; 20 showed up. If this was any indicator of the popularity of our barefoot/minimalist shoe clinics we’ll be holding around the country starting this summer, Shelly and I will get a chance to meet a ton of cool people! Thanks to all those that attended our clinic, you were a great audience!
In the near future, I’ll try to talk Scott into writing a guest post about his treatment philosophy. His self-treatment methods will revolutionize the way we transition to barefoot running.
