Barefoot Ted’s Luna huaraches… a first look
They just came in the mail today! I’m pumped; these are of excellent quality! After running the last two-thirds of Burning River in huaraches, I decided to make these my go-to minimalist shoe for most conditions. They can be purchased here. Here are some initial pics:

August 9, 2010I'm a big fan of my huaraches (I just made them myself) and think that they are better than five fingers for running and more comfortable than barefoot for rocky trails. I go with the slip-on knot style though as being easier and faster to put them on and take them off.
